Refund Policy
This policy applies to Smilefy SaaS subscriptions and one-time digital software purchases.
Digital product policy
Smilefy SaaS sells digital software products and software-generated outputs. Refund eligibility depends on the product, access status, delivery status, and whether the generated output or entitlement has already been used.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time before the next renewal. Unless required by law or approved by support, cancellation stops future renewal and does not automatically refund prior subscription periods already made available.
One-time purchases
One-time purchases are refundable within 7 days only when the customer has not started using the purchased workflow, pack, generated report, or delivered output. After digital access or generated output is delivered, refunds may be declined unless the product is materially unavailable or required by law.
Refund requests
Customers may contact [email protected] with the product name, account email, Stripe receipt or transaction reference, and reason for the request.
Abuse and non-refundable cases
Refunds may be declined for misuse, fraudulent activity, repeated refund abuse, completed custom generation where the output was already delivered, or requests outside the published product-specific window.
